The GrADSoft software is split into two parts due to licensing issues
related to software we depend upon.

GrADS_distr.tar.gz  contains the basic GrADSoft software.
		    The license is "BSD-like".

CAtranslator.tar.gz contains the ClassAD-to-GrADSoft translator.
		    As it includes modified ClassAD (version 0.9.2) code, 
		    the GNU LESSER GENERAL PUBLIC LICENSE becomes relevant.

We also include, for people's convience, copies of two of the
necessary support packages:

 Tie-File-0.96.tar.gz
 appleseeds-2.2.0.tar.gz

A complete list of necessary support packages can be found in
